1-2-1 Personal Training
Our personal training sessions can be booked individually or for a reduced rate, can be purchased in packs of 10. Our trainer will take you through a one hour session which will contain exercises and techniques to assist you in realising the goals you want to achieve. Whether you simply want to lose weight, get stronger, gain confidence or get fight ready, these sessions will be tailored to you. Why not share your session with a friend? You can share your sessions with a friend at no additional cost!
You can book a 30 minute session of pad work only. Come to the gym and warm yourself up ahead of your scheduled session time, then get straight on the pads for a high intensity workout.
The Boxing Class is our most popular class, designed for the boxer who would like to improve their boxing techniques. This two hour class will include a warm up, skipping, technical drills, bag and pad work, optional sparring and general fitness.
Boxing Circuit Class
The Boxing Circuit Class is our newest class, targeted for the general keep fitter. For an hour, the trainer will use a combination of boxing and general circuit based exercises to give you an all over body workout, of course not forgetting a thorough warm up and cool down.
This class is straight up sparring. Under the watchful eye of our experienced trainer you will be taken through several rounds of sparring. Levels and abilities may vary; you will be matched safely and accordingly.
FREE Kid's Class
Our weekly FREE kid's class is targeted at 10-12 year olds to introduce them to the art of boxing. Children will be taught the basics and if permitted by their parents, will slowly be introduced to sparring with other children of similar ability, size and age. Bookings for this class are essential.
